STRESS RELIEF KIT.

  1. draw circle on wall (see fig1)
  2. stand approximately 1.5 feet away from wall
  3. bring head sharply forward to connect with wall
  4. repeat as neccassary

some people, no matter how much you try to help them, never seem to understand that you know better. even though you try to drop as many subtle hints as you can without actually screaming in their face that you know whats going to happen because you had an “off the record chat” with the person that is dealing with it and they told you as much. ho hum!
